Explanation On How To Swim Butterfly

  1. Put your arms out in front of you. With palms facing outward, draw your hands in a semicircle toward your body.

  2. Bring your palms back. Draw your arms beyond your hips and out to your sides. Complete the arms release fast by making this motion.

  3. Recover. As you complete the stroke, finish the pull by dragging your thumbs along your thighs. Next, simultaneously sweep both arms out of the water and launch them toward the starting position.
